A:   Due to the nature of downloadable products, all digital print sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once the digital download sale has been completed. However, if there is a mistake with your print, please llet us know ASAP and we’ll try our best to remedy it.

Once your payment clears, you’ll be emailed a link for immediate download. You’ll also have access to your purchase to download via ‘your account’ on Jane’s Apple
