Probably.  But check JA Easy License to be sure.

I have purchased a printable but haven’t received the email with the download link. What do I do?

Firstly, please don’t worry. There’s a couple of things that could have happened:
1. The email ended up in your spam folder. Please check there first.
2. You may have miss typed your email address when ordering (this happens often!). Please email me so I can send you the files.
3. Sometimes the payment is slow to process. Please allow up to 30 minutes and check your email again.
4. If you’ve checked and you still haven’t come across your email, please don’t panic. I’m here to help! Email me at info@janesapple.com and we’ll send you your download directly via email.
5. You can also try simply logging in at janesapple.com, finding your purchases and download directly from your download page.

Is there a limit as to how many times I can print out the file that I’ve purchased?

For most individuals it is unlikely you will need to worry about how many times you’ve printed out the image your purchased.

There are consideration if you are planning to print in large quantities (over 50 item per print). See JA Easy License for more information.

What type of paper should I use?

You can print on any paper your like however thicker paper or card give more sturdy results.  Choose color or white depending on your chooses art or greeting card template.

A better quality paper or card stock will often yield better results when printing particularly when printing on a good quality printer.

What type of printer can I use to print my purchase?

All art list on janesapple.com is designed to be printed on your home printer or at a copy shop. If printing at home, the better quality the printer the better the print.

What payment methods do we offer?

At Jane’s Apple our chosen method of payment is Paypal. Paypal allows you to make secure payments online – you don’t even need a Paypal account to use this payment method. Just follow the promps when directed to the Paypal site during checkout and you can use your credit card for payment without opening a Paypal account if this is your wish.

Your purchase will be downloadable once full payment is received & cleared.

Can I change my mind?

Please choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Because the items we sell at Jane’s Apple are entirely and limited to downloadable art once you have downloaded your purchase we cannot refund or exchange.
